GeneralEmail export not working

  • Hello!

    I'm trying to export the list of items in Red Laser using the "email" feature. However, no email ever arrives on the other end. I've no idea where to start troubleshooting this. Any advice on where to begin?

  • Same thing happened to me, but you can work around the problem by clicking "cancel" and then selecting save as draft...then go into email and the email will be in draft folder and you can finish it there.

    I'm unable to reproduce your issue with emailing product lists at the moment. Can you please post more information about your device, OS, email provider, etc. to help us investigate your issue?
