Red laser used to work great on my iPhone 3G. However, it no longer will scan barcodes. I believe my problems with the app came before the upgrade to iO4. It tells me to align the barcode edges with arrows. When the barcode seems to align in the area within the arrows, Red laser tells me to Hold Still for Scan. I can stand still indefinitely, and it continues to say Hold Still for Scan. It no longer scans at this point. I'm using the app under bright light without shadows or glare. I've cleaned the camera lens. What can I do? I miss being able to use Red laser.

We are unaware of any issues with the iPhone 3G and RedLaser. That said, if you can email more information about what you are trying to scan (a picture, perhaps) to support@redlaser.com, we would be happy to help you troubleshoot your issue.
