Hi, I'm a web developer and I am integrating (excuse my terminology if it's wrong ... just getting my feet wet with this) QR barcodes into my site. Personally, I use RedLaser for everything barcode, but it seems that QR barcodes are not supported. Try a QR barcode here: http://www.barcodelink.net/
I should be able to create a barcode there and scan it with the iPhone to have it take me to that web page. There are other cool possibilities, such as triggering the device to * call a number * add a contact * go to a web page * other stuff
I'll use Shop Savvy or i-nigma scanner until redlaser gets this, but wanted to ask if this was in the works or not.
We'll be adding QR Code support to RedLaser very soon.
Any update on when this might be? Is there a beta that might be available? ;-)
We have QR working internally, but no beta is available yet. We also don't have a hard date for making it available in general, but I can confirm it will be "soon".
I'm trying to build my app now. Had ruled out RedLaser because of no QR Codes. Is there ANY way to use the QR Codes now. I'm trying to build my prototype and I'd like to use your sdk, but may have to move on because of timing.
